I immediately messaged to follow up and let them know the date I needed it by (three weeks in the future) and that if they couldn't meet that date, to let me know and I would find another. They never replied, which I assumed meant it wouldn't be an issue. Now a month later, it's been canceled with no explanation. Extremely poor experience all around.
